This luxury 3 1/2 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa is set in its own large grounds. The property offers premium furnishings and appointments throughout, is fully air-conditioned and has its own swimming pool. The back garden is completely private, backing onto a wooded area and is therefore not overlooked.
The villa can sleep a total of 8 people. There are 3 large bedrooms sleeping 2 people in each, plus one of the two large living areas can double as a sleeping area using the sofa bed specially provided. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with his and her washbasins, as well as a Jacuzzi. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own TV and hair dryers are provided in both the bathrooms.
The large family room features a 51 television providing over 100 channels of cable TV. Theres also a video recorder and DVD / CD player. A second living area features a fireplace, comfortable seating and a formal dining area.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience and features a breakfast nook. Theres also a fully equipped laundry area complete with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, the private pool is fully screened to keep the Florida wild life and insect life out, but let the glorious Florida sunshine in! The pool is larger than the average sized pools youll find with other houses, measuring almost 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. Theres also more than enough space for sunbathing, plus there is a covered lanai for those times you need to escape the heat of the sun. The pool is south west-facing and benefits from direct sun from around 10am through til sunset.
All pool furniture and towels are provided, as is a child safety fence. Pool heat is available at an extra cost (details on request) and a pool blanket is provided to help maintain the water temperature on those few occasions when the air temperature drops.
Free, unlimited international and local telephone calls are provided, enabling you to keep in touch with family and friends throughout the duration of your stay, or simply book your golf tee time or order a pizza!.
All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, bedding and bath towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available for a small charge if needed.

For the golfer, the home is located just a few hundred yards away from the clubhouse of Highlands Reserve Golf Club, a par 72-championship golf course, with special rates available for guests. And with over 200 golf courses within a 30-minute drive, the home is a real golfers paradise!
The home is fully managed and maintained, so in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong during your stay, help is on hand 24 hours a day.
